Policy on returns: To request the return of a complete item, send an email to info@loscriollos.nl with your order number and reason for return. We'll get in touch with you within 24 hours during regular business hours. It is necessary for the product to return in the same condition that it was sent in and with the label created by Los Criollos in order to verify that it was received and to enable us to make the refund to the customer.
