Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Los Criollos. Below, we detail our shipping policy so that you have clarity about deadlines, costs and procedures related to the delivery of your products.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Fresh products are not shipped on Fridays.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer nationwide shipping via DHL. Estimated delivery times:
Standard shipping: 24-48 Hs.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping: 5.90 (btw incl.)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use that number to track the status of your shipment directly on the logistics provider's website.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are available to receive their parcel.
Delivery Problems
If you experience any problems with the delivery of your order (e.g. lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered package), please contact us within 24 hours of the estimated delivery date at info@loscriollos.nl.
