About Us
We are Melina and Maria Luisa, and we both found ourselves longing for the flavors of our homeland. We know there are others out there who share this feeling—people who miss the comfort of homemade meals and the distinct tastes of Argentina. That’s why we created Los Criollos, driven by our love for authentic flavors and a deep connection to the home-cooked meals of our childhoods.
We believe that great food is a true expression of love and care, and our mission is to bring that experience to you with every bite. By using the finest ingredients and preparing everything fresh on-site, we strive to offer you the most genuine taste possible.

Melina
I grew up in Longchamps, Argentina, where I studied psychology and worked as a trainer for a multinational company.
Cooking has been a passion of mine since childhood, and I’ve always had a natural knack for it. For me, the desire to stay connected to my family and preserve cherished recipes is the perfect inspiration to cook, no matter where I am.

María Luisa
I was born and raised in Argentina but years ago, I decided to pursue a journey of personal growth and discovery across the Middle East and Europe. This adventure allowed me to deeply connect with diverse cultures and develop a broader, global perspective.
With a background in Biochemistry, I’ve cultivated a keen sense of curiosity and a strong attention to detail.
Art is one of my greatest passions, particularly painting. It’s my way of expressing myself, connecting with my inner world and sharing what matters most to me. I feel the same connection when I cook for others-there’s something special about nourishing people through the art of cooking. After all, the best meals are always made with love.
