About Us

We are Melina and Maria Luisa and were both missing the food from our home country and know there must be more people out there who feel the same way, people who enjoy homemade food and yearn for the flavors of Argentina. Los Criollos was founded with a passion for flavours and a longing for the home-cooked meals of our childhoods. We believe that great food is an expression of love and care, and we want to bring this experience to you in every bite. We bring the highest quality ingredients and make everything fresh on-site so that we can give you the most authentic taste possible.

Melina

I grew up in Longchamps, Argentina. I studied psychology and worked as a trainer in a multinational company. Since my childhood, I have loved cooking and have been skilled at it. Longing to be close to family and keep inherited recipes alive is for me the perfect combination that inspires me to cook no matter where I am

María Luisa

I was born and raised in Argentina, but years ago, I decided to embark on a journey of personal growth and exploration in the Middle East and Europe. This experience allowed me to immerse myself in diverse cultures and gain a global perspective on life. I have a background in Biochemistry and it has fostered my curiosity and attention to details. I love art and am passionate about painting. It's my way of expressing myself, connecting with my soul, and sharing what is important to me. I do have the same feelings when I cook for others, it gives a sense of connection, the joy of nourishing through art and cooking, because the best meals are always made with love.
