Picanya is a cut of meat from South America that is very popular in the Argentinian barbecue. It is obtained from the upper part of the rump and is characterised by its triangular shape and its layer of external fat, which gives it a juicy and delicious grilled flavour, making it one of the preferred cuts in premium barbecues.

When you receive the products you can store them in the fridge or freezer. Some products may arrive (partially) frozen, fresh or defrosted. In all these cases you can continue to freeze the products because they have always been in closed, temperature-controlled packaging.
